A report by Al Jazeera has revealed that the available space for residents of the Gaza Strip has shrunk to approximately 133 square kilometers out of a total of 365 square kilometers, representing just 36% of the Strip’s area.

This reduction means that nearly two million Palestinians are sharing this cramped area, placing the infrastructure and available resources under pressure three times their capacity.

This comes amid catastrophic humanitarian conditions lacking housing, water, and basic humanitarian services, further exacerbating the suffering of the population in the besieged Strip.
