A discussion panel examined the backgrounds of the Israeli Ministerial Committee's approval of establishing a new settlement north of the West Bank, in addition to monitoring international positions and European efforts to ban settlement imports.
The panel included expert in Israeli affairs Mohannad Mustafa, Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Initiative Mustafa Barghouti, and former UK Minister of State for the Middle East and former Chairman of the Defence Committee in the British Parliament Tobias Ellwood.
